Sra. Levinson: My teaching philosophy is based on the dedication of developing a meaningful second language instruction that stimulates creativity and increases global understanding. Moreover, expand students’ study abroad options, job opportunities, and higher level of advancement for my future students in order to effectively communicate and function in a culturally diverse multilingual world. It is my goal to provide students with the intellectual tools they need to succeed in their future years of school and/or future profession. Helping students to become competent in the target language, develop critical thinking skills, collaboration, and problem solving with the integration of technology. It is my purpose to design a language instruction that includes the principals of sociocultural learning, constructivism, social cognitive theory and second language acquisition theory. I believe language learners generate knowledge and meaning from an interaction among their experiences, ideas, and culture. It is my goal to deliver a meaningful instruction that addresses the variety of learning styles, interests, and abilities of my students.
